Once you get started with Design Options you will never turn back! It is a powerful feature introduced in Archicad 27.

With Design Options you can create and display a variety of options, without the need to duplicate the model. Using them enhances communication, empowering clients to make better decisions.

In this workshop we will cover:

  • Benefits of Design Options

  • Design Option Manager

  • Splitting the model

  • Design Options Combinations

  • Integrating options into views

  • Merging the options

  • The “Default Design” approach

  • Using options within modules

  • Adding options to BIMx models

  • Question and answer

This session will be hosted on Zoom. It is recommended that students have two monitors to follow along.
